About this product
The BMT Irons Big Tall +3" Iron Set is an 8-piece set for men, including clubs #4 through SW, with stainless steel heads and steel shafts in regular flex. The clubs are extended by 3 inches, making them suitable for taller golfers. The set features a standard lie angle and loft, with a black and silver color scheme. It is right-handed and made in the United States.
Our take
This set is tailored for the tall golfer who struggles with standard-length clubs. The +3" extension is a significant adjustment that can improve posture and swing plane. The steel shafts offer durability and control, but the regular flex may be too stiff for slower swing speeds. The set includes a sand wedge, which is a plus, but the lack of a hybrid or utility club might be a gap for some. The stainless steel heads are forgiving, but the standard lie angle may not be ideal for very tall players who need upright lies. Overall, it's a niche product that solves a specific problem, but the price is mid-range for a lesser-known brand.
